Shortlist your homes
Compare area, bedrooms, rental period, prices and minimum stay. Keep the villa codes.
Ask for a current check
Send your dates, budget and essential requirements on WhatsApp. Ask what is included and which costs are extra.
Arrange a viewing
Agree a time with our team and wait for confirmation. Check access, noise, furnishings and the condition of the property.
Review your agreement
Read the named parties, rental dates, payment schedule, deposit, inclusions and cancellation terms. These vary by property; website prices are not a signed agreement.
Confirm payment and check-in
Verify payment instructions with the team, follow your agreed schedule and confirm the handover arrangements. Record the property's condition and inventory at check-in.
Your viewing checklist
- Test water pressure, air conditioning, internet and the appliances you expect to use.
- Check damp, ventilation, locks, lighting and the access route.
- Visit at a relevant time to assess road noise and nearby construction.
- Ask who handles repairs and how maintenance requests are reported.
Compare the full cost
Ask for the rent, deposit, utilities, cleaning and maintenance charges in writing. Separate refundable deposits from ongoing costs. Do not assume a yearly quote can be paid monthly.
