This page explains how information is handled when you browse the Clarity Homes Bali website or contact us about a villa.

Information on the website

Public listings are prepared from our active rental inventory. We publish villa codes, general property details, selected photos, prices supplied for publication and intentionally approximate locations. We do not publish owner or agent contact details, internal notes, private Drive identifiers or exact villa locations.

When you contact us

The website opens the external messaging service linked by the contact buttons when you choose to contact us. That service then processes your account information and message under its own privacy terms. We use the information you send to answer your question, discuss suitable villas and support a possible rental. Please do not send identity documents or payment information until our team confirms a secure and appropriate process.

Hosting and connection data

The website and public villa photos are hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the service. The public listing pages do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking technologies.

Map

The map remains closed until you open it. Opening the map requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap infrastructure, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. All villa markers remain approximate.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain necessary business records or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help us operate communications and hosting, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Your choices

You may ask us through the public contact button to review, correct or delete information you previously provided, subject to any record we are required to retain.

Updates

We may update this notice when the website or our processes change. The latest version will remain available at this address.
